Each session is tailored to your specific needs—whether you need help with your resume, LinkedIn profile, career clarity, interview prep, or job search strategy. You’ll work directly with a coach who specializes in helping teachers transition out of the classroom.

No! Coaching sessions are open to both members and non-members. However, Academy members receive discounted pricing as part of their membership benefits.

Each coaching option includes a clear description of what’s covered and who it’s best for. If you’re unsure, reach out to our team using the Contact Us form – we’re happy to guide you.

Most sessions are 45–60 minutes and include some form of follow-up—such as a second included session, a personalized feedback video, written comments, or a custom action plan. Each service clearly outlines what’s included, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before you book.

Absolutely! Many clients choose to book multiple sessions as they move through different stages of their transition. In addition to individual coaching options, we also offer bundled programs that provide structured support—and built-in savings—for those who want ongoing guidance throughout their career transition journey.

While we don’t offer refunds for 1:1 coaching services, we’re happy to provide a credit that can be applied toward another service or a membership in the Teacher Career Transition Academy.
