(Part-Time | Remote | Contractor / $25-$30 per hour)

Are you passionate about helping teachers thrive beyond the classroom? Do you love turning ideas into structured, impactful learning experiences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented, mission-driven Curriculum Developer / Content Manager to help us bring structure, strategy, and heart to the learning and coaching experiences we offer to our members.


This is a part-time, fully remote, 1099 contractor role, offering 30 hours per week. You’ll work closely with leadership to create high-impact learning content, organize virtual coaching and events, and support the growth of our vibrant community of transitioning teachers.

🎯 What You’ll Do...

    Event Planning & Content Coordination

  • Coordinate with coaches and speakers to plan and schedule small group coaching sessions, Teacher Chat webinars, and special events.
  • Manage and maintain the event content calendar, including scheduling, reminders, and participant communications.
  • Write session titles and descriptions that capture the purpose, outcomes, and value of each event.
  • Support the planning of summits, workshops, and promotional webinars, including securing speakers, panelists, and session details.

    Curriculum Development
  • Transform subject matter expert outlines and bullet points into structured, scripted curriculum for asynchronous learning modules.
  • Build curriculum maps, facilitator guides, and coaching resources to support 1:1 coaching programs as we expand our services.
  • Assist in developing presentations, training decks, and supporting resources for webinars and new initiative

    Content Production & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with leadership to turn concepts into high-quality, teacher-friendly learning experiences.
  • Support the creation of promotional content tied to learning initiatives (event titles, session blurbs, key takeaways, etc.).
  • Keep learning content organized and updated for ease of delivery across the membership platform.

  • Have experience in curriculum design, coaching, or program coordination
  • Are highly organized and self-motivated
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are comfortable using Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understand the needs of teachers navigating career transitions


💵 Compensation & Role Details

  • Pay: $25-$30 hour based on experience 
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Type: 1099 Contractor
  • Location: Fully Remote with Flexible Hours
